Orders will be shipped within 2-5 workdays upon receiving. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you only after the order is shipped. Or check from the order status page. For the world's most part, the orders are supposed to reach your door. Please track the status of the parcel via the tracking number provided in emails. Then, contact local post offices for parcel if not received within expected shipping time. Finally, contact us for further information.

SHIPMENT, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.

If a product offered by Moodringcolors itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All of Moodringcolors products are guaranteed against defects for 99 days from the date of the invoice. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Moodringcolors arising from any product sold on the Moodringcolors site is the price of the product ordered.

In no event shall Moodringcolors, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

These Terms of Service and any separate  agreements whereby we provide you service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

For the customer from European Union or other Countries/Regions except for United States, the payment is operated by our UK subsidiary Trading Passion Elite Limited, Address:  Unit 14, Second Floor, Burrell House, 44 Broadway, London, E15 1XH, United Kingdom. Trading Passion Elite Limited(UK) will be in charge of all the relevant issues relating to the payment of relevant customers such as refund, cancellations, returns, purchase dispute as well as customer support etc.these terms are governed by UK law.
